Unpair a mouse or keyboard from the Unifying receiver – Logitech Support + Download Maybe I'll give it another try in a few months, but for now everything's working and I don't want to push it. I opted to stay with the USB and not deal with the Bluetooth. I added the keyboard and mouse to the Logitech Options Software.Īt this point, everything was working and I had to decide if I wanted to keep using the USB option or try the Bluetooth connections again. I launched the Unifying Software and added the Keyboard, then a mouse. I installed all the Logitech software over the currently installed software, then plugged the Unifying USB back in.Ĥ. ![]() (I didn't restart the computer, and I connected a USB mouse temporarily to be able to reconnect everything again).ģ. Disconnected the keyboard and mouse from the Unifying Software and disconnected their Bluetooth connections. Downloaded the latest version of the Logitech Unifying software and Logitech Options software.Ģ. I installed the USB and Unifying Receiver first however because in searching the forums for a solution, I saw that the firmware is only updated via that method. happened this morning so I decided to re-install all the Logitech apps and disconnect all Bluetooth (and Unifying USB) connections, and try resetting it all back up again. Love my MX Keys too, but the disconnecting all the time when fist starting in the morning is getting ridiculous. Yeah, I'm right there with you on all that. ![]()
